All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from date of sale. For deliveries within Malaysia, please allow couriers an additional 3-5 business days (5-7 business days for East Malaysia) to deliver your parcel. For urgent deliveries, please drop us an email.

In light of the current COVID-19 situation, delivery times may be longer than usual.

All shipping fees will be applied upon checkout.

West Malaysia: Flat rate of RM 6
East Malaysia: Flat rate of RM 9

For orders above RM150,  enjoy free shipping to West Malaysia.

If your order consists of any preorder item(s), it will only be mailed when the item(s) is/are here. If you wish to mail out the available item(s) first, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will advise you on the postage charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to Singapore and the rest of the world. Kindly email us at [email protected] to enquire for rates. Shipping cost will be calculated based on the volumetric weight of your items. We are looking for delivery partners to help us lower international shipping costs. Thank you for your patience as we work towards that.

If taxes and/or duties are incurred on your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.
