DETAILS OF RETURNS POLICY
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not accept any order cancellations, returns or refunds once payment is made.
EXCHANGE AND CREDITS
Generally, we do not offer exchange of products.
We will consider an exchange only when
a product is faulty or defective, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Exchange must be made within fourteen (14) days from date of sale OR
a product has been delivered to you in error. The product must remain sealed, unused and in no worse condition than when they were received by you.
Purchasers may request for equivalent store credits in exchange for a replacement if the product is assessed as faulty or defective by Little Planet Co.
Worn, soiled, damaged products without the original packaging will be returned to the purchaser. Postage and handling charges of returned products are non-refundable, unless a product is deemed faulty or defective by Little Planet Co.
FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Little Planet Co takes great pride in supplying quality products. If your product is found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of the date of sale by sending us an email to [email protected]. We will then work with you to rectify the situation. Little Planet Co reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned products prior to offering a replacement. A replacement may be refused if the fault or defect is considered to be normal wear and tear rather than of a manufacturing origin. Postage and handling charges associated with the product being sent back to the purchaser will be covered by Little Planet Co.
